MEET DR. ZACH
Founder of The Fast Patch | Global Wellness Advocate
Dr. Zach L is a Doctor of Chiropractic and holds a Master’s in Nutrition and Human performance, both from Logan College in Chesterfield, Missouri. He also holds two bachelor’s degrees, one of which is in Human Biology.
But his education didn’t stop in the classroom.
Dr. Zach has practiced in eight countries—from the high-tech clinics of Singapore to the villages of Vietnam and Cambodia, the vibrant streets of Peru and Colombia, and the mindful wellness communities of Bali and Guatemala. And, of course, across the United States. With each new place came new lessons. Not just about bodies and biology, but about people, culture, and the global meaning of health.

RESTORING THE ART
OF MEDICINE
In an age where medicine often feels rushed, reactive, and reductionist, Dr. Zach believes in
bringing back its roots as an art. The science of wellness is essential, but so is intuition,
observation, and empathy. Especially when it comes to proactive care.
While American medicine tends to focus on damage control, other cultures emphasize
prevention, nutrition, and natural rhythms like fasting, movement, and rest. Through his
global experience, Dr. Zach discovered how powerful these ancient practices can be when
combined with modern science—and he created The Fast Patch to bring that synergy home.
